Role of TLR9 knockdown and BA treatment in the apoptosis of HG-induced MCs. HG-treated MCs were transfected with shRNA-TLR9 or shRNA-TLR9 for 36 h and then treated the 1 µm for twelve hours. A Cellular death was detected using FC with Annexin V-FITC as well as PI staining. B WB revealed the protein levels of Bcl-xl, Bcl-2, and Bak in MCs.
