(C) Intracellular ROS generation in RPTCs. Cells were stimulated with 100 μg/ml AGE-BSA or BSA with or without 10-7 M ramiprilat for 24 hr, then the intracellular ROS generation in RPTCs was evaluated using fluorescent probe 10 μM CM-H2DCFDA. (D) Effects of Ang II on MMP-2 gene expression in RPTCs.
