MCM3AP-AS1 overexpression led to suppressed ARPE-19 cell apoptosis under high glucose through miR-211 and SIRT1. Effects of MCM3AP-AS1, miR-211 and SIRT1 overexpression on the apoptosis of ARPE-19 cells under the treatment of 50 mM D-glucose were analyzed by performing cell apoptosis assay. Experiments were repeated 3 times, and data were expressed as mean values. *p < 0.05
