Effect of exercise on glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity in HFD-fed mice. Male C57Bl/6J mice were subjected to treadmill exercise or no exercise during HFD feeding. After 4 weeks, the intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test (IPGTT) and insulin tolerance test (ITT) were utilized to evaluate glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity, respectively.
