Overexpression of LncRNA HAND2-AS1 inhibited the apoptosis of mouse podocyte cells under high glucose treatment. Apoptosis of mouse podocyte cells under high glucose treatment was detected by performing cell apoptosis assay. Overexpression of HAND2-AS1 inhibited the apoptosis of mouse podocyte cells at each d-glucose concentration except 5 mM, which is within the range of normal blood glucose level (*, p < 0.05)
