Pre-diabetes, impaired fasting glycemia (fasting plasma glucose ≥100 and <126 mg/dL and 2-h plasma glucose <140 mg/dL) and/or impaired glucose tolerance (2-h plasma glucose ≥140 and <200 mg/dL and fasting plasma glucose <126 mg/dL) (ADA). Hypertension, systolic BP ≥130 or diastolic BP ≥85 mmHg (or antihypertensive treatment). High triglyceride, triglyceride concentration ≥150 mg/dL (or specific treatment). Low HDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol <40 mg/dL for men and <50 mg/dL for women (or specific treatment)
