  1. Hypertension: systolic blood pressure ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure ≥90 mmHg or use of anti-hypertension drugs
  2. Diabetes: fasting glucose ≥126 mg/dL and/or use of hypoglycemic drugs
  3. Increased arterial stiffness: pulse wave velocity (PWV) ≥10 m/s
