  1. Data of C1q-APN and TG levels showed skewed distribution and were log-transformed before analysis. Significant level was set at p<0.05 (bold typeface). Multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify those parameters that significantly contributed to C1q-APN or C1q. Parameters with p<0.05 were subsequently entered into the regression analysis as independent variables (bold typeface). Abbreviations as in Table 1.
